So sadden to hear of Bob's passing. Had a nice chat with
him at the "morning breakfast group" in Wesleyville in
the summer of 2004 while visiting my Uncle Eugene Learn.
I had not seen Bob for many years. However he had the
same wonderful spirit that I remembered from his visits
when he came on vacation to my Grandmothers (Bessis
Kephart Learn) in Florida. We were all very fond of him
Sending my sincere sympathy,

Dear Mary,
We are lifting up prayers for you these days, asking God
to help you have the strength and courage it takes to
face life without your sweet husband. Our memories of
your 50th Wedding celebration bring special thoughts of
you two. What a happy event that was!!! We shall miss
Bob singing in the choir and at Friday lunches with the
guys.
Love from your church friends,

When I joined Covenant Choir several years ago, Bob was
very welcoming. His calm demeanor and pleasant
disposition were great examples to follow. Now he is
being welcomed by those who have gone before him.

When I joined Erie SCORE in 1999, Bob was an established
counselor. I was impressed with his ability to provide
help to the wide variety of people who requested help
from SCORE. Bob always handled his SCORE assignments
with competence and good humor. He will be remembered as
a valuable member of our group.

Mary and family, Bob truly was one of the nicest guys I
have ever known. I remember the Newlin's from the
Troubadour Days in the 60's. Bob has touched many people
with his care and kindness. God bless you all and bring
you comfort.
